Dr. Jana Bille, PT, DPT, CDN, is the Clinical Director of the Baltimore clinic. She received her Bachelor of Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania. Through her work in outpatient orthopedics throughout Baltimore, Dr. Jana has honed a vast knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions. As Dr. Jana developed her unique manual therapy skill set combined with love for the form and movement of the body, she achieved advanced certifications including NSCA strength and conditioning specialist, certification in dry needling through EIM, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization through Graston.

Dr. Jana’s manual therapy and concussion rehabilitation coursework has supported her niche of working with clients with chronic neck pain, headaches, and upper extremity dysfunction. Often people postpartum present with chronicity of headaches or balance challenges due to postural or hormonal changes, to which Dr. Jana applies her detailed background in creating an achievable plan of care together with her clients. Additionally, Dr. Jana specializes in working with highschool and collegiate female athletes in post injury rehab, avoidance of pelvic floor impact, and progression through menstrual phases and optimal sports outcomes, as well as working with athletes during Mamahood.

Dr. Jana provides unique, whole-body perspective care to her orthopedic and pelvic clientele with direct, hands-on manual therapy and a listening ear. When not working, Dr. Jana enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and spoiling her Bernedoodle puppy.

Dr. Erin Eberle PT, DPT, CMTPT/DN graduated from the University of Mississippi with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy after which she pursued excellence in hands-on, manual therapy treatments and modalities throughout her career in outpatient physical therapy. Dr. Eberle’s vast experience has made it clear to her the importance of treating the whole person, highlighting in-depth musculoskeletal and neuromuscular knowledge. She realizes how valuable pelvic floor rehabilitation is for addressing muscular imbalance throughout the body, especially pertaining to back pain and jaw dysfunction.

Dr. Eberle has a special interest in working with pelvic pain, pregnant and postpartum patients. She advocates that everyone deserves high-quality care both while pregnant and after giving birth. Dr. Eberle is a certified manual physical therapist that specializes in dry needling. She is a certified expert in soft tissue mobilization, scar tissue cupping, and joint manipulations to address muscular and postural imbalances. Dr. Eberle has had extensive experience in treating headaches, jaw, and neck pain and has extensively studied the relationship between the pelvic floor and head/neck/jaw dysfunction, which often goes overlooked in traditional treatment settings. She values hands-on physical therapy and individualized, achievable treatment plans for each patient.

Dr. Eberle became a mama this year. While not at work, she is enjoying her little son with her partner. She is on her own postpartum journey and is reacclimating to distance running and bouldering.

Abigail Pollock is a Licensed Massage Therapist who approaches therapeutic care at the intersection of lived experience and evidence-based practice. A graduate of the Holistic Massage Training Institute, Abigail combines years of experience in luxury spa at the Ivy Hotel with a passion for research based medical massage. Their sessions resist a dichotomy of the clinical and the pleasurable; valuing comfort, warmth and dignity alongside technical skill. In private practice they specialize in chronic illness and pain management, disability support and palliative care, and conditions from connective tissue disorders to TMJ dysfunction to post-operative recovery.

Abigail is thrilled to join the Indigo team in also offering compassionate and excellent gender inclusive care to their LGBQTIA+ community, particularly in addressing peripartum and pelvic floor needs. Their expertise in hypermobility, scar tissue rehabilitation and trauma informed care is highly complementary whether clients are recovering from a c-section or gender affirming surgery. For all clients, Abigail advocates for bodywork which incorporates a broad range of relevant therapeutic techniques and perspectives in line with the informed consent, body awareness and treatment goals of the client. Drawing on a lifetime of chronic illness and disability experience, and working in cooperation with Physical Therapists and allied health professionals, Abigail offers education and resources extending beyond the treatment room to support clients navigating the full spectrum of life and health transitions.

Dr. Lizzy Purcell Daniel received her B.A. in Dance from Goucher College which laid the foundation for her understanding of movement and body mechanics. She then danced professionally throughout the Baltimore area and completed the rigorous Romana’s Pilates certification program. Dr. Lizzy has been teaching classical Pilates in the Baltimore area since 2014 and frequently integrates Pilates principles and exercises into her physical therapy practice. Driven by her passion for helping others, she pursued further education and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore where her interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation began. While treating in outpatient orthopedics, Dr. Lizzy has honed her manual therapy skills and completed further education in pelvic floor rehabilitation through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

During her own pregnancies, Dr. Lizzy gained personal insight into the unique challenges and physical changes that occur during pregnancy and postpartum. This first-hand experience sparked her interest in treating those with issues related to the perinatal period including back, neck, and pelvic pain as well as diastasis recti and incontinence. Dr. Lizzy strongly believes that everyone deserves to live a full life without being limited by these conditions that are often considered “normal.” This is evident in her holistic approach that emphasizes assessing the body as whole to understand the root cause of a patient’s pain or dysfunction.

Dr. Mandy Rose PT, DPT, is a board-certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialist (WCS); one of only 14 PTs in the state of Maryland with this prestigious specialist certification. She has a certificate in Dry Needling and is a lead in Indigo’s education and mentorship program. Dr. Mandy received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University (TWU) in Dallas, TX and works out of our Roland Park, Baltimore City location.

Dr. Mandy is passionate about treating the Abdominopelvic Health population for all sexes and genders and was fortunate to receive mentorship from renowned board-certified specialists in the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex. Having completed a rigorous one-year post-professional program at TWU, Dr. Mandy earned a Certificate in Advanced Women’s Health Physical Therapy. In both 2020 and 2021, Dr. Mandy was nominated by her patients and received the “Mom Approved Wellness Professionals Award” from Dallas Fort Worth Child magazine.

Dr. Mandy is a mom herself, and her experiences during pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood have further ignited her passion for ensuring birthing people and caregivers in all phases of life receive the care they need. Dr. Mandy is also committed to raising awareness about the benefits of Abdominopelvic Health for men, a population that often does not know they can receive or seek out this care. Jennifer graduated cum laude from Virginia Tech with her Bachelor’s in Science then went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. Jen has a diverse background with an inherent curiosity and a love for learning. Jen completed Level 1A and 2B courses in the pelvic floor series with Herman and Wallace and is working toward specialization in pelvic health.

In her youth, Jen was an avid soccer player, and ran cross-country and track. She is no stranger to sports injuries and the frustration of not being able to do the things you love. Jen’s interest in physical therapy piqued after shadowing a PT in college. She realized she wanted to be able to help others recover from their injuries and return to doing the things they love. Today, with her studies in pelvic health and her own postpartum journey, Jen has come to realize the complexity and importance of the pelvic floor as it relates to musculoskeletal imbalances, breathing patterns, the nervous system, and pain. Jen hopes to bring her knowledge and care to support women after childbirth and assist in the safe return to activity/exercise/sport without risk of injury.

Traci Spacek is a Licensed Massage Therapist, a graduate of The Holistic Massage Training Institute in Baltimore and has been a part of the Indigo family since 2020. Traci specializes in a variety of techniques including: pre and postnatal massage, myofascial release, scar massage and lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, visceral manipulation and breathwork. Her mission is to help her clients feel safe and at home in their bodies. Traci works closely with the Physical Therapists at Indigo to assist with muscular and somatic integration.

As a queer massage therapist, Traci believes strongly in client-centered, affordable, and affirming bodywork for all genders and body types. We all deserve to rest, to be cared for, and to live with less pain. Traci understands that sharing your body and your pain can be vulnerable, so working at the client’s speed and comfort level is a central tenet of her practice. Additionally, Traci has spent many years in childcare, working specifically with infants, young children, and supporting families on the challenging journey of child rearing.
