Dr. Meghan Clouspy, PT, DPT, is a high-performing grad of both exercise science and physical therapy from the prestigious program at Shenandoah University. Dr. Meghan has received advanced training in Pelvic Floor and Intrapartum Topics of Obstetric Physical Therapy, and loves seeing the merge of hands-on, manual, and orthopedic physical therapy with pelvic floor physical therapy.

Having discovered that her true passion lies most in treating pelvic health populations and patients with Ehlers-Danlos and hyper-mobility disorders while doing clinical rotations during her doctorate program, Meghan fervently pursued intense, evidence-based pelvic PT practice at the very start of her career and has progressed as an expert in the field. She is also a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, allowing her to prescribe exercises and adapt changes necessary for pregnant and postpartum clients. Meghan has a true passion for pelvic floor physical therapy and improving postpartum care within the United States. She also has a special interest in treating clients with pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, SI joint, pubic symphysis, lumbar spine, and hip dysfunctions.

One of Dr. Meghan’s strongest assets and an area she greatly excels is her compassion and the space she’s able to hold for her clients. She continuously strives to build and nourish meaningful client-practitioner relationships as well as create a safe environment that’s optimal for healing. She believes in the power of personalized, whole-body healing through manual therapy in conjunction with therapeutic exercise to help clients not only achieve their goals but get back to living their fullest life.

Dr. Sarah Feierstein is a native of Accident, Maryland in Garrett County. She is the daughter of two physical therapists who introduced her to the therapy world at a young age while working in their outpatient orthopedic clinic. She went on to receive her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Maryland, College Park (Go Terps!) before receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Sarah is board certified as an orthopedic clinical specialist, OCS, by the APTA (only 10% of physical therapists have achieved this designation) and is certified in dry needling through Myopain Seminars. She also is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, which enables her to best prescribe exercise progressions and regressions for pregnant/postpartum clients at all levels of fitness and function.

Dr. Sarah enjoys the variety of diagnoses in the orthopedic setting, being a part of a patient’s journey to optimal function, and problem-solving to find the source of pain. She has a special interest in working with the active mom through the challenges of pregnancy and postpartum, especially with SI joint, lumbar spine, hip, and knee pathologies. She has a special interest in the pelvic floor and its relationship to other musculoskeletal dysfunction. Dr. Sarah is an expert in the treatment of hip and groin pain during pregnancy, symphysis pubic dysfunction during pregnancy and lingering postpartum, low back pain, and diastasis recti, as well as working with the athlete prenatal, postpartum, and during perimenopause. If there’s a reason someone isn’t living their fully functional, active life, Dr. Sarah is hungry to investigate the cause and hands-on approach to resolution.

Cat is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over twenty years experience performing a variety of modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Prenatal & Postnatal Massage, Fertility Massage, Craniosacral, and Shiatsu. She graduated from The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY and has been licensed to practice massage therapy since 2001. She received her National Certification in 2003 and is currently licensed in the state of New York and Maryland. She began teaching Foundations of Swedish, Shiatsu and Pregnancy massage at her alma mater upon graduation in 2000. Cat is a professional member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. She completed her First Degree Reiki training certification from the Maryland Center for Reiki Training and plans to pursue her Reiki master certification.

Cat is also a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology and certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). As a lifelong learner, she graduated from Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, NY in 2010 where she maintained a 4.0 GPA. Prior to this, Cat graduated from Trenton State College with a BA in Communication Studies in 1989 and completed her Master of Art coursework in Intercultural and Interpersonal Communication from the State University of NY at Albany in 1996. She holds a current BLS certification in HCP CPR and AED/First Aid (Adult/Child/Infant/Choking) from the National CPR Foundation.

Cat is a respectable, dedicated and conscientious person with a genuine compassion for others and love for life. Her patients react positively to her personable and professional behavior. She takes the time and attention required to maximize their comfort both before and after each session and is known for her keen intuitive healing abilities. Cat believes that emotions and memories are held in the body and often result in emotional and/or physical pain. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, she is trained to perform medical massage and uses many modalities, including Breath Work to assist her clients in releasing tension and pain in the body from both current physical ailments as well as past traumas.

Her most memorable compliment from a patient is, “Cat, you exude peace.” Cat is married and has two fur babies, Willow and Henry. Dr. Abby Rudesill, PT, DPT achieved her BFA in dance from Marymount Manhattan College, beginning her long standing love of the anatomical relationship to the body, it’s movement, and the pelvis. She continued on to pursue her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY. While living in New York City, she utilized her professional dance background in the treatment of ballet dancers, performing artists, creative movers and the hypermobile population. Dr. Abby has held board certification in orthopedics through the APTA and is an EXOS Performance Specialist for athletes of all levels. She is recognized as a Certified Manual Trigger Point Therapist and Certified Dry Needling expert, completing advanced levels of training and certification to facilitate her clients in pain, movement dysfunction and scar tissue.

Dr. Abby R. has a special interest in working with clients with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and along the hypermobility spectrum, with visualization of the genetic and environmental factors, pairing these elements to elevate healing and return to function. She is passionate about managing the full spectrum of EDS and dysautonomia, which includes many urogenital and pelvic complications such as incontinence, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti and pelvic pain. She has completed extensive course work in vestibular/functional neurology treatment to address a wide variety of issues in EDS including migraine, POTS, cervicogenic headache, craniocervical instability, and impairments in somatosensory (body with sensation and balance) integration.

Dr. Abby is an expert in treating pelvic girdle pain, SI joint dysfunction, athletes in the perinatal time period, pelvic floor dysfunction and chronic pain, across the lifespan. Dr. Abby works together with clients to determine their goals and a plan of action to meet those goals, merging hands-on manual therapy with specifically curated movement and exercise techniques to reduce pain and regain function.

A Maryland native, Dr. Abby loves movement, the outdoors, pursuit of higher education and special family time. When not at work, Abby enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, kayaking, and horseback riding.
