Madison earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from High Point University in North Carolina. Born and raised in North Carolina, she pursued her undergraduate education at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she obtained degrees in Exercise and Sports Science and Cognitive Science. It was during this time that her passion for anatomy and physiology blossomed, as she worked closely with athletes and engaged in concussion research.
Through her diverse experiences and commitment to ongoing education, Dr. Madison has developed a strong dedication to helping individuals regain control and confidence in their bodies. Her enthusiasm for utilizing therapeutic techniques to enhance neuromuscular function extends to various patient populations, including those navigating pregnancy and postpartum recovery, individuals experiencing sexual dysfunction, those with bladder issues, and athletes seeking improved performance and recovery. She firmly believes that a holistic approach- considering both physical and emotional well-being- yields the best outcomes. By integrating evidence-based practices with personalized care, Dr. Madison empowers her patients on their recovery journeys. Dr. Andrea Eisgruber PT, DPT, PRPC, CSCS, CET, CLT-UE, CDNT, is a board-certified pelvic floor physical therapist. She graduated from Virginia Tech (go Hokies!) with a dual major in biology and English. She went on to graduate from Shenandoah University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree and has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics with a specialized focus in pelvic health since. Dr. Andrea has 16 years of experience in the pelvic health field, earning her various titles and recognitions in the field as an expert across pelvic health, from incontinence, pelvic pain, tailbone pain, perinatal, to men’s pelvic pain, and post-operative care. Included in her advanced achievements are advanced certifications in strength and conditioning through NSCA, cancer exercise specialization, dry needling, lymphedema treatment, as well as pelvic health designations across genders and lifespan, including pediatric pelvic health. Dr. Andrea believes in treating the whole patient, not just the dysfunction.

Cat is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over twenty years experience performing a variety of modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Prenatal & Postnatal Massage, Fertility Massage, Craniosacral, and Shiatsu. She graduated from The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY and has been licensed to practice massage therapy since 2001. She received her National Certification in 2003 and is currently licensed in the state of New York and Maryland. She began teaching Foundations of Swedish, Shiatsu and Pregnancy massage at her alma mater upon graduation in 2000. Cat is a professional member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. She completed her First Degree Reiki training certification from the Maryland Center for Reiki Training and plans to pursue her Reiki master certification.
Cat is also a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology and certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). As a lifelong learner, she graduated from Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, NY in 2010 where she maintained a 4.0 GPA. Prior to this, Cat graduated from Trenton State College with a BA in Communication Studies in 1989 and completed her Master of Art coursework in Intercultural and Interpersonal Communication from the State University of NY at Albany in 1996. She holds a current BLS certification in HCP CPR and AED/First Aid (Adult/Child/Infant/Choking) from the National CPR Foundation.
Cat is a respectable, dedicated and conscientious person with a genuine compassion for others and love for life. Her patients react positively to her personable and professional behavior. She takes the time and attention required to maximize their comfort both before and after each session and is known for her keen intuitive healing abilities. Cat believes that emotions and memories are held in the body and often result in emotional and/or physical pain. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, she is trained to perform medical massage and uses many modalities, including Breath Work to assist her clients in releasing tension and pain in the body from both current physical ailments as well as past traumas.
Her most memorable compliment from a patient is, “Cat, you exude peace.” Cat is married and has two fur babies, Willow and Henry.
