Dr. Ali Cunniffe PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Ali Cunniffe received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware. Prior to beginning her graduate studies, she received her Bachelors in Biology from Franklin & Marshall College where she also played on the collegiate women’s soccer team. It was through her soccer career (and the various injuries she sustained and rehabilitated) that she became interested in a career in physical therapy. At her own physical therapy appointments, she found a passion for using exercise to overcome pain and restore function. Upon her initial studies at University of Delaware, she further identified a strong interest in pelvic health PT and its underserved populations. She has since broadened her skills which include manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular retraining and a strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise while also completing additional pelvic floor physical therapy training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. While Ali is passionate in treating all patients, including both those with pelvic health conditions and orthopedic injuries in a way that promotes whole body wellbeing and function, Ali has a particular interest in finding ways to help resolve pain during pregnancy and finds it especially important that postpartum individuals are supported comprehensively through their recovery.
When not at Indigo, Ali enjoys spending her time with family and friends, playing pickleball, skiing, reading, and watching any and all Bravo shows!
